Sales contractors may also provide a W-9, including their tax name, address, taxpayer identification number and signature. We use these forms for commission tax reporting and retain them for tax recordkeeping. W-9 copies are encrypted in storage and accessible to the submitting contractor and authorized Cuidaro administrators. Stripe separately collects the information needed to verify and pay connected payout accounts.
